"A Love Letter"
Dearest,
I had a conversation last night with someone about how I don't always spend enough time with you. Sometimes, I feel distracted, depressed, and discontent. Yet, I don't come to you. I don't really know why. I ponder for a while and think I came up with a solution, but it feels so difficult to follow through. Do I really trust you? Perhaps, I fear at times to disappoint you with what feels to be trivial insecurities. There is nothing worse than disappointing the one you love most. That is the thing. If I love you the most, why is it so difficult to come to you when I need love? When I need a boost of assurance? I also want to make sure to give you the love you deserve.
Dear Little JuJuBee,
This is my first question to you? Why aren't you having fun? You and I have talked quite a bit about joy and enjoying each others' company. You do ponder a lot and that is something I love about you. You are always thinking, creating, and wondering. I think I love your wondering best. You see the beauty in the little things and the meaning in the big. Be still. Be in wonder. Be in joy. I wait with bated breath until the moment we see one another face to face. Then I wait again. You are secure. Please don't live in fear. We are in covenant remember? If all else fails, REMEMBER. And even if you run, I will always come after you. Everything else will fall into place. Just watch and be still; be in wonder, and be in joy. REMEMBER who I AM.
I enjoyed this very much :D
